A couple from the Midlands who have spent six years hiding in Cyprus are coming back to the UK to face justice.
Wayne Smith, 38, jumped bail after admitting causing death by dangerous driving of a man he hit during a car race with a friend.
Mohammed Idrees, who was 22, died from multiple injuries after the incident, which happened on Bordesley Green Road in the Alum Rock area of Birmingham in 2005.
Mr Smith's partner Julie Anne Skelding joined him soon after, having been found guilty of giving him a false alibi.
Mr Smith said he fled the country because he was receiving death threats.
The couple were featured on the latest Most Wanted list released by Crimestoppers and the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency last month.
Wayne Smith and his partner gave themselves up to police in Cyprus and are expected to fly back to England shortly.
