The East Midlands had another soaking overnight but the rain has now moved away to leave most of us with a dry start to the day and there are some sunny spells breaking through too.
This afternoon the cloud will thicken and there will be fewer sunny breaks, that's ahead of a band of rain in the south east of the country that will sneak into southern parts of the East Midlands.
Most places will stay dry through today but we can't rule out an odd shower.
Temperatures will hit 13c/14c and the wind will ease.
Tomorrow isn't looking like a bad day, quite cloudy at times but dry.
Saturday we will see more in the way of sunny spells before it all goes wrong on Saturday night into Sunday with more wet and windy weather on the way.
