The weather is changing by the time we get to Friday it will be cooler and a little brighter too.
THIS AFTERNOONThis afternoon we can expect the same old cloudy, misty and murky conditions that we've had all week. Expect to see some drizzle too, in all that it will feel fairly mild (compared to what's on the way!).
TONIGHTTonight it will be misty with low cloud and the drizzle will hang around. Temperatures will hardly drop from the daytime values staying up in double figures everywhere.
You'll throw back the curtains tomorrow to....you guessed it cloud and drizzle! But things will start to improve in northern counties as a Cold Front edges into our region. The front will introduce much clearer but colder air. Tomorrow we will begin to notice that gradual drop in temperature. Many places will stay very cloudy through the day but with clearing skies from the north it will be much colder tomorrow night with the chance of frost by dawn.
When you head out on friday it will feel chilly with daytime temperatures cooler than they have been at night recently. It will be breezy too but at least we should enjoy some much needed sunny spells.
WEEKENDSaturday will be dry, frosty, bright and cool too with the chance of hail showers on the east coast. Sunday will be frosty to start and dry for most with rain in the north that will sink southwards overnight on Sunday.
