Tonight, a front reaches the West Midlands during the early hours, but it's so weak that it's may just bring some patchy rain or drizzle. Another front is pulling in from the North Sea also but shouldn't really affect the East Midlands, most parts staying dry and cloudy.
Temperatures will hover a degree above or below freezing in spite of the cloud cover so a touch of frost anticipated, as well as some mist, but neither of these will be as extensive as last night.
Tomorrow morning, generally cloudy and gloomy, not quite as bad as this morning though.
