There is certainly a different feel to the weather today, for starters it's feeling a little less cold.
It's hotting up for Valentine's Day; well feeling a little milder anyway! The rain that spread eastwards overnight introduced much milder air.
For this afternoon it's a case of sunny spells, a few showers and highs of 9c. The wind will be lighter than yesterday so all in all, it will feel far more pleasant.
Tonight any showers will ease and for most it will be dry with patchy cloud. Low cloud will creep into Staffordshire producing the occasional spot of rain. Temperatures will dip to 2c.
Tomorrow looks to be a dry day with occasional bright spells. Wind speeds will be similar to today and temperatures a little lower, but still milder than of late with highs of 7c.
The weekend will stay settled, quite cloudy at times and with the best of the sunny spells on Sunday. Temperatures will begin to dip once again as we move into next week.
