Drier & brighter. Slowly warming up

By Thursday it will start to feel quite humid. Temperatures will rise slowly over the next few days and although they will peak at just above the average it will feel quite summery with light winds and some sunshine.

Conditions are not completely settled but an area of high pressure is building from the southwest, which means for the bulk of the week the weather will be quite quiet.

Postives: Many places dry. Sunny spells for most places on most days this week. Slowly warming up.

Negatives: High grass pollen and high sunburn risk by Wednesday. Humid by Thursday.

With clear spells and lighter winds cooler nights will continue until Wednesday. As the high pressure doesn't sit right over us there is a risk of a few showers but many places will be dry.

Outlook: Many places dry. Some sunshine. Warmer
