Many locations have turned rather cloudy today, that is because a weak cold front is moving in a South-Westerly direction bringing cloud with it. It will stay dry though with bright spells too. Despite the cloud it is still feeling very warm with highs of 25c and light winds. The cold front will mean that by tomorrow, temperatures will be a little lower than today's values in the low rather than mid 20's but it will still feel lovely and warm.
The cloud this afternoon will break up to give us a bright, warm evening and overnight it will feel less humid, so a more comfortable night sleep in prospect tonight with lows of 10c. The cloud will build in the East overnight, elsewhere it will be mostly clear.
Tomorrow expect blue sky and sunshine especially in the West, further East for the Lincolnshire coast we will hold onto some cloud, worth bearing in mind if you are planning a trip to the seaside! It will be dry once again and sunnier than today away from the coast. Temperatures will range from 21-25c, the lowest temperatures always along the East coast.
That cloud will plague the Lincolnshire coast through Friday and the weekend too. Elsewhere it will be sunny on Friday, with temperatures once again in the low 20's before they shoot up for Saturday to around 28c! There is the threat of a few showers especially in the East Midlands later in the day on Saturday. That risk will remain into Sunday too. It will not feel as hot on Sunday but we can still enjoy some good sunshine. Definitely a BBQ weekend!
So far next week looks a little cloudier, breezier and with lower temperatures but I will keep you posted!
