The forecast contains lots of rain over coming days with tomorrow looking like the driest and brightest.
Between now and then a band of rain is moving through the region to give us a wet evening.
The rain will gradually clear through tonight.
It will feel less cool tonight with the cloud cover acting like a snug blanket holding temperatures up.
We will hold onto lots of cloud tomorrow morning with more drizzly rain in the East Midlands but gradually we will see some brighter spells bursting through the cloud.
The afternoon will be drier, brighter and warmer with highs of 21c/70f.
Tomorrow night more rain will spread across the region and set the scene for a wet Friday with heavy bursts of rain possible throughout the day.
We will see some hill fog come Friday too but temperatures won't be too bad considering the elements.
Saturday the weather fronts bringing us the rain stall across the South of country bringing further heavy pulses of rain and it will also feel much cooler with temperatures only reaching 14c.
Sunday will see a deep area of Low Pressure sweep across the country, not only will it be wet it will be very windy too.
