Cash-strapped Hinckley Utd are now no longer a football club after being officially wound up at a hearing at Birmingham High Court this morning.
The announcement that the club will fold was made at the hearing at 11.13am.
Kevin Downes, who resigned as chairman in July 2012 after a vote of no confidence from other board members, says the club owes him more than £187k.
He started legal proceedings against Hinckley over debt which is believed to come mostly from unpaid rent of the changing rooms block at the site on Leicester Road.
Hinckley's last official game was a 3-0 loss at Chesham Utd on Saturday.
