A controversial Muslim free school in Derby has been branded 'dysfunctional' and 'in chaos' by Ofsted inspectors.
The report stated a number of areas of inadequacy, including leadership, management, school monitoring, pupils' achievement, teaching, behaviour and safety.
There were a few positives as inspectors found pupils were happy and they had good relationships with staff.
But there are now calls for the school to be shut down, and calls by the teaching unions for the Education Secretary Michael Gove to resign.
