It promises to be a day like no other at an auction house in Nottingham as Number 10 Downing Street goes under the hammer!
But David Cameron, no need to panic - it's not your home up for sale but the rather lesser known 10 Downing Street in Sutton-in-Ashfield in Nottinghamshire.
The two-bedroomed end terrace is expected to fetch around £40,000 - rather less than the value of the Prime Minister's home which is worth around £50m.
Auctioneers Graham Penny say there's been a lot of interest in the sale as prospective buyers look to snap up one of the most famous addressees in the world.
The house is going under the hammer this afternoon at Colwick Racecourse.
