Graduate holds up sign at train station and lands job

The Coventry Graduate who held up a sign outside Waterloo station with his details for potential employers, has got a job.

22-year-old Alfred Ajani was worried he was getting nowhere after unsuccessfully applying for more than 300 jobs following his graduation.

He has now secured a role at recruitment firm, the Asoria Group, after one of the firm's directors walked past him and noticed the sign.

On his first day his colleagues wore t-shirts with his photo on Credit: Twitter/TheCVMan

He was welcomed on his first day by his colleagues who had dressed in printed t-shirts with his photo on them.
