The wheelchair tennis star, Jordanne Whiley, is to be awarded an MBE today, for achievements throughout her career.
In 2014, Whiley, from Halesowen, completed a calendar Grand Slam, winning Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open titles - becoming the first player from the UK to do so.
The four titles were all doubles wins alongside her player partner Yui Kamiji from Japan.
In 2015, the pair managed to defend their Wimbledon and Australian Open titles.
Whiley will be given her MBE during an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace, hosted by the Princess Royal.
