Campaigners in Derbyshire who fought plans to build 400 homes on agricultural land, say they've won another battle to keep the land green.
A High Court Judge ruled against the new development near Grade 1 listed building Kedleston Hall.
The campaigners have spent nearly nearly three years and £40,000 pounds fighting this planning application and its two further appeals.
However, Amber Valley District Council need to build 2,000 more homes to if they're to reach their five year target.
The Catesby Property Group, who put in the planning application, say they will be responding to the High Court decision in due course.
They could appeal the decision again within 6 weeks and instigate another public inquiry.
Meaning the Kedleston Voice will have won the battle but not the war.
