Over 20 years since his last haircut, a man decided to finally cut his hair for charity, with all the proceeds going to the The Lewy Body Society.

Sean Woolley last had a haircut in 1991 but decided to change his appearance for charity after colleagues at Derby City council said they were "fed up" of his "dishevelled" appearance.

The 47-year-old from Alvaston in Derby, said:

It all started out as a joke about my appearance but my colleagues eventually convinced me to go through with it for charity. It took me a few days to get used to my new look, it was a real shock at first, but I really like it now. Everyone has told me I look a lot better and I managed to raise money for a good cause at the same time so I’m really pleased.
