The men have been charged with inciting racial hatred, after extreme right-wing material was placed on a sign at Birmingham University.

26-year-olds Chad Williams-Allen and Dean Lloyd from West Bromwich, along with Gary Jack, aged 21 from Shard End, were charged after being bailed earlier by West Midlands Police.

The arrests followed an investigation after a number of National Action branded stickers containing extreme right-wing rhetoric were posted at the Aston University campus in Birmingham on 9 July 2016.

West Midlands Police said the material was likely to stir up racial hatred.

The men will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on 9 October.
