Around 50 cyclists have set off on a 300-mile journey that will see them travel from Leicester's cathedral to the Peak District and back.

The gruelling journey is all in a bid to raise money for cancer research charity, Hope Against Cancer.

Rebekah Vardy, the wife of Leicester City's Jamie Vardy, is a patron of the charity.

It was set up in 2003 to fund research into possible cures for cancer.
