Thieves have stolen 11 bikes which were being used by older people to help them keep fit and get them out and about.
The Walsall Arboretum Cycling Club was launched in September by started by Walsall Council and Cycling UK.
Members discovered someone had raided the bike shed at the park where they meet every week.
Some of the members had not been on a bike since they were children, but they say joining the club has been the best thing that's happened to them.
The club's oldest member, Joan Reynolds, who is 85, started cycling for the first time since she was a little girl.
A well-known shop has leant them the club a new bicycle.
One down - just another ten to go - to keep the cyclists of Walsall Arboretum on the go.
