Military Wives Choir is a 'substitute family'

This Military Wives Choir has been described as a 'substitute family' as the organisation prepares for 12 concerts in the lead up to Christmas.

Members describe the choirs as like a second family, providing support to each other whilst their loved ones are overseas working in the army.

And of course - they sing! There will be concerts in cathedrals across the country in the run up to Christmas.

They have supported me over the years through some tricky stuff and I couldn't have go through some of it without them. That's what they do, they provide family.

– Keryl Wilson

The choir will be performing at Llandaff Cathedral, Wells Cathedral, Lichfield Cathedral, Southwell Minster, Ely Cathedral, St Clement Danes, Truro Cathedral, Sheffield Cathedral, Peterborough Cathedral and St Michael's Garrison Church.
