The daughter of a pensioner who was beaten up and robbed in his own home has said that he's become a 'scared, old man'.
Arthur Gumbley, who's 87, had to have surgery after he was injured in an attack by two men who broke into his home in Sutton Coldfield before robbing him.
He was found lying on the floor and covered in blood shortly before 22:00 on 21 November.
Mr Gumbley was taken to hospital where he is being treated for severe bruising to his left eye, both hands and his right arm. He also suffered bruising to he back of his neck and chest, as well as other facial injuries.
Speaking a police press conference in Lichfield, Sue, Mr Gumbley's daughter, said he's questioning what he did wrong to become a target.
