Neighbour charged with stabbing man in early morning row

A neighbour suspected of stabbing a man during an early morning row has been charged with murder.

Reece Hipwood died after the incident in Yardley Wood, Birmingham, on Sunday 15 July. He was engaged to be married.

West Midlands Police has now charged 54-year-old John Nixon, of Sandmere Road, with Mr Hipwood's murder.

Mr Hipwood's family said in a tribute: "Our boy has been taken from us too soon. We love and deeply miss you so much Reece. God bless you son and brother, uncle and fiancé."
