Staffordshire explosions: second arrest details
The second man arrested in connection with the explosions last night in Cheadle, Blythe Bridge and West Coyney is a 40-year-old from Bagnall. He has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
The first man, a 44-year-old from Cheadle, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He remains in custody.
Second arrest in Staffordshire explosions investigation
One man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and another on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder after three linked explosions across Stoke-on-Trent and the Staffordshire Moorlands
Police are questioning the two men after three houses in Blythe Bridge, Cheadle and Weston Coyney were targeted. The explosions took place around ten last night. Nobody was injured and an investigation is ongoing.
