An inquest has found there were no clinical failures by ambulance and medical staff who dealt with a woman who later died from pneumonia caused by swine flu.
Niyousha Haki, who was 28, was seen by three separate West Midlands Ambulance crews, who all decided against admitting her to hospital. Her family say her death could have been avoided.

Reading a statement on behalf of the family, solicitor Josie Robinson said they still believed Niyousha Haki's death could have been prevented.
Today a coroner found there were no gross failures or neglect by ambulance and medical staff who treated who treated her.
Niyousha Haki was seen by three separate crews from West Midlands Ambulance service at her step father's home in Birmingham on the night of December 14th and 15th 2010.
She died in hospital the following day.
An inquest at Sutton Coldfield Coroner's Court heard that she died from pneumonia.
