A man from Birmingham is suing P and O after he fell ill on a cruise to the Baltic. It's thought he'd caught norovirus along with three hundred other passengers.
Tonight the lawyer acting for him has demanded that the government reviews the guidelines it gives to cruise companies to deal with the disease. Mark Gough reports.
