Three people have been charged in connection with the murder of a man in Ilkeston.
A 26 year-old man has been charged with the murder of Andrew Moss while a 26 year-old man and 46 year-old woman have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
They will appear before Derby Magistrates Court today.
Andrew Moss was found injured at a house in Canal Street. He later died from his injuries.
