Police have more time to question Colin Hall murder suspect

Detectives have been given more time to question a man arrested in connection with the murder of a pensioner in Nottinghamshire.

Seventy-six-year-old Colin Hall died after an attack in his home on Cornerpin Drive in Kirkby-in-Ashfield on Sunday 10 February.

Police arrested a 39-year-old man on Friday 15 February, and now have until 9:15pm tomorrow to question him.

A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Colin Hall, who was 76, died following an attack at his home in Cornerpin Drive on Sunday 10 February.

The man was arrested last night and being held in police custody.
