Wolves pitch invasion 'tarnished fans' reputation'

What happened in the closing moments of last season was completely unacceptable and tarnished the majority of Wolves fans who cause us no problems.

We want to make sure that the people who assaulted innocent stewards and caused damage to the ground are banned from football matches and won’t be attending games at the start of the new season.

These images are very clear and we know that there are people out there who can identify them. We’d also urge the people in the images to come forward and contact us themselves.

Wolves pitch invaders: Police issue new appeal

Police have issued a new appeal for nine people who invaded the pitch during Wolves' loss to Burnley at Molineaux in April.

West Midlands Police have released images of the men they want to speak to.

Around 300 Wolves fans invaded the pitch after the loss which effectively confirmed their relegation.

A number of stewards were assaulted and the dugout and stands were damaged.
