West Midlands Police have released CCTV of two men who viciously attacked and injured another man in the toilets of a Wolverhampton pub.

The attack, which left the 29-year-old victim hospitalised with a fractured skull and eye socket, happened inside the male toilets of the George Wallis pub in Victoria street.

It took place between 9:00 and 10:30pm on Saturday 9th March.

The victim was head butted from behind, causing him to fall unconscious to the floor. He was also punched in the face.

The two offenders are described by police as: one mixed-race man, aged 25-30, medium build, 5’7 with a shaved head, the other was a white man, aged over 30, chubby/heavy build and around 5’7 tall.

DC Joanne Dyer from Force CID said: “This was a nasty attack on a man while using the male toilets inside the pub which left him with serious injuries and I am hoping someone will recognise the two men responsible and contact us as soon as possible."
