Postmortem examination results are due after a body thought to be a man wanted in connection with serious sexual offences was discovered in Claines in Worcestershire.
A manhunt was launched after Garry Foster disappeared with a gun from his home in Dudley on Sunday.

The body was found in an area of Claines, South Worcestershire, just after 14:15 this afternoon.
The body has not been formally identified but police believe it to be Garry Foster, who has been missing from Dudley since Sunday 22 September.
Police say it is believed Mr Foster committed suicide with a firearm which has been recovered from the scene.

A man from Dudley has been missing for almost four days and police believe he may be carrying a firearm. Garry Foster is wanted in connection with serious sexual offences.
Up to 75 officers, including armed officers from both West Midlands and West Mercia police have been involved in the search for Garry Foster, who disappeared from his home in The Priory on Sunday afternoon (Sept 22) shortly after the sex offence allegations surfaced.
Police believe he could be using self-taught survival skills to lay low in remote countryside.
A recent image of Mr Foster together with a photo of his car, a blue-silver Mitsubishi Pajero with the reg plate L216 PTO, has been released to the public in the hope of tracking down the 53-year-old.
A roadside camera picked up his car, which is said to have distinctive yellow fog lights, in Worcestershire at 3.26pm on Sunday but there have been no further sightings.
The missing man, who has connections in Shropshire, Herefordshire and Staffordshire, is a registered firearms licence holder and it is understood he may be in possession of a 12-bore pump-action shotgun.
