The widower of a woman who was shot dead 10 years ago today says he wants justice for her death, and he will not have closure until her killer is found.
Marian Bates was killed trying to protect her daughter after armed robbers burst into the family jewellery business in Nottingham.
Peter Williams was later jailed for her murder. But the man suspected of pulling the trigger, James Brodie, has never caught. Police believe Brodie is dead. Marian Bates' husband Victor is not so sure.
