Police remain at scene of suspicious death in Derby

Police say they are still carrying out enquiries at the scene of a suspicious death in Derby.

Officers were called to a house in Northumberland Street in Pear Tree at 4:25pm yesterday (Wednesday, October 2).

Police discovered the body of a man, believed to be 36 years old.

A post-mortem is yet to take place but officers are treating his death as suspicious.
