Roadworks to continue in Nottingham this weekend

Roadworks are to continue in Nottingham this weekend as part of the next phase of the Nottingham Ring Road Improvement Scheme.

Work began in July 2013 with a remodelled junction being constructed where the Ring Road meets Aspley Lane on Middleton Boulevard.

Nottingham City Council says there may be temporary lane closures in the evenings, night times and at weekends. At all other times two narrowed lanes will be maintained in both directions during peak traffic times.

Traffic will also be reduced to 30mph through the works.
