Olympic athlete Andy Turner says he's "devastated" after burglars ransacked his home in Nottinghamshire while he was at his mother's funeral.
The sprint hurdler discovered the break-in at the family home in Hucknall after returning from the wake. Thieves took his mobile phone, his laptop and his car, although that has now been found dumped in the Bilborough area of Nottingham.
Mr Turner says he's lost some irreplaceable photos of his mother Yvonne who died suddenly after suffering a stroke.
Speaking to ITV News Central, Andy Turner says the family is gutted at what has happened and are extremely upset their last photographs taken with his mother have been lost, as they were on a laptop that was taken.
Andy Turner's car has been found dumped in Bilborough. It was taken along with items from the family home while Andy was at his mother's funeral yesterday.
It has now been towed away and forensic examination will be carried out as part of the police inquiry

The Nottingham Post reports Yvonne Turner, who was 58, died suddenly from a stroke on October 29. Her funeral was held at Hucknall Parish Church yesterday.
ITV News Central understands Andy Turner's car has been found in Bilborough. The Olympic athlete from Hucknall in Nottinghamshire has been angrily tweeting, after his family home was burgled yesterday while he was at his mother's funeral.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson says they are keeping an "open mind" over the possibility that Andy Turner's family house may have been targeted by thieves who knew about his mother's funeral.

"Police are investigating a break-in at a house in Nottingham Road, Hucknall, that happened some time between 2pm and 8.30pm last night.
"Thieves gained entry via the back of the house. Keys and a white Range Rover Sport with the registration number L10 RUN was stolen, along with a number of other items including a laptop.
"Detectives are appealing for anyone with information or anyone who sees the vehicle to contact them on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
