A woman has been charged with murder after a man died in a house fire in Walsall on Christmas Day.
The blaze happened in South Street Gardens, Caldmore at around 5:30pm on December 25.
57-year-old Susan Buckley is charged with murder and is due to appear at Walsall Magistrates on Monday morning.
Detectives are not yet naming the 58-year-old male victim, but have confirmed he died as a result of smoke inhalation.
Police have been given more time to question a woman arrested in connection with a fatal house fire in Walsall.

A murder investigation was launched and a 57-year-old woman was arrested.
Officers questioning her have been given a warrant of further detention.
