A pensioner who is terminally ill in hospital with bone cancer has had £50,000 worth of gold jewellery stolen by burglars.
71-year-old Nassem Moghal from Wigston in Leicester brought the jewellery to the UK after fleeing Uganda in the 1970s.
Her family say it has huge sentimental value so are offering a £5,000 reward for information leading to a conviction of those responsible.
A rise is being predicted in asian gold street robberies.
West Midlands Police say the expensive jewellery worn on the street can often be targeted.
They've released an English/Punjabi/Urdu video to learn how to guard against thieves stealing the irreplaceable jewellery.
