Police find body in search for missing Birmingham mum

Police searching for Eve Cullen, 52, who has been missing for over three weeks have found a body by a footpath near Chantry Close in Hollywood.

Eve, a mother of three, was last seen on Thursday 17 July leaving her home in Birmingham.

Police have confirmed a body found in Hollywood in Birmingham on Saturday is that of Eve Cullen, who had been missing since 17 July.

The 52-year-old lived in the Hollywood area. A member of the public found her body just after midday on Saturday on a footpath neat Chantry Close.

The death is not being treated as suspicious, and the coroner has been informed.

Police searching for a woman who has been missing for over three weeks have found a body.

Eve Cullen, aged 52, was last seen on Thursday 17 July leaving her home in Hollywood in Birmingham.

The body was found by a footpath near Chantry Close in Hollywood. It was reported by a member of the public.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained.

Family of missing woman 'overwhelmed' by support

The family of Eve Cullen, 52, who has been missing for three weeks have thanked social media users for their “overwhelming” support.

Appeals from West Mercia Police to find Eve have been shared more than 900 times on Facebook and retweeted more than 200 times on Twitter.

Eve, a mother of three, was last seen at her home address in Hollywood, Birmingham and has not been seen since Thursday 17th July.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are urging people to continue to support the search both online and in the Birmingham area.

Missing mum sparks emotional family appeal

Eve Cullen has been missing from her home in Birmingham since July 17.

Peter Cullen, aged 50, and their three children, a daughter aged 20 and 15-year-old twins have issued the following statement.

If anyone has any information we would urge them to please let the police know. Even if it doesn’t seem significant, it might be and the police will be able to check it out. We just want information. We are looking for peace of mind. Things start going through your mind. It’s just terrible. A lot of people know Eve in the Hollywood area; even if they don’t know her name, they certainly know her face. She is normally with a couple of greyhounds.
