School Stories - Des goes back in time

Des is back with a new series of our School Stories series, celebrating exciting projects that schoolchildren right across the Midlands are working on this term.

He's been to Cradley Church of England Primary School in Halesowen where the pupils are celebrating the school's 120th anniversary - and to mark the big occasion, everyone is going back in time to how their class might have looked in the Victorian age.

ITV News Central's Weather presenter Des Coleman is back with a new series of School Stories.

Des will be visiting schools right across the Midlands, to find out what exciting projects the pupils are involved in. He'll broadcast his weathers from there too! Will he visit your school to find out what your students are working on?

School Stories: the kids running their own cafe

In the latest of our School Stories series, our Weather Presenter Des Coleman has been to the Uplands Manor Primary School in Smethwick where the pupils there are working on a very exciting project - they're in charge of their own school cafe, making and designing the menus themselves, making the food and taking charge of the overall operation. It's all to learn more about leadership, business and raise money for end-of-year school events.
