Roads closed off after a fire in Birmingham city centre are expected to re-open in the next few minutes.
An area around Bristol Street was cordoned off while fire crews tackled a 'severe' blaze at a building.
A third man has died after a car carrying four hit a tree in Birmingham yesterday.
Police arrived at the scene on Bristol Road at 4.15am yesterday morning to find a MG ZR had crashed into a tree.
Two 24-year-old men, were pronounced dead at the scene, the third man, a 26-year-old who died today, was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries at the scene and then taken to hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
