Thousands of people lined the streets of Nottingham today as the second stage of the Tour of Britain started at the castle.
Olympic gold medalist Bradley Wiggins takes part in the Tour of Britain today, with Nottingham Castle hosting the second leg.

The cycle race passed through Nottingham and Staffordshire earlier this week.
Earlier this week the cycle race set off from Nottingham, before going through Derbyshire, and on to Staffordshire en route to Knowsley near Liverpool.

Marc De Maar for United Health Care has won Stage 5 of the Tour of Britain in Stoke-on-Trent. Sep Vanmarcke came second with Boy Van Poppel in third.
Mark Cavendish finished more than 8 minutes behind and has lost the overall lead.
Mark Cavendish is currently struggling at the back of the peloton on Stage 5 of the Tour of Britain.
