Ambulance Service launches defibrillators for public

A new scheme has been launched in Nottinghamshire by East Midlands Ambulance Service giving the public access to defibrillators.

It was launched earlier today in Broxtowe.

It was launched in Broxtowe today. The Community Public Access Defibrillator programme will see the defibrillators put in big yellow cases in places like shopping centres and cinemas.

People calling 999 will be told where their nearest one is and how to use it.
