West Midlands Ambulance Service say they've treated 460 patients at V festival so far.
They also say on-site ambulance crews have been called out 122 times and a total of 13 people have been taken to hospital.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “So far, the vast majority of the patients have been treated for medical issues, many already had pre-existing medical conditions but crews have also seen a large number of alcohol related cases."

12,000 music fabs are expected to catch a bus to V Festival this weekend.
The festival at Weston Park in Staffordshire starts tomorrow, with The Killers and The Stone Roses headlining on the main stage.
There's heavy traffic on the M54 between junction 2 and 3 as thousands begin to make their way to the V Festival.
It's the first day of the annual Northampton Balloon Festival at Billing Aquadrome, with dozens of hot air balloons expected to take to the skies over the next three days.
The event is now in its 23rd year. Depending on the weather balloons will fly twice a day, at 6am and 6pm, today, tomorrow and Sunday.
M6 Northbound exit slip road closed due to traffic management ahead of V Festival at Weston Park at J12 A5 (Gailey).
