With people still struggling to afford basic food, a new food bank is to be launched today which will serve people in Gedling.
A food bank in Lincolnshire says the number of people coming through it's doors has shot up dramatically over the last 12 months.
A charity that provides free food parcels to people on very low incomes or benefits, says it struggling to keep up with the demand.
The number of people being referred to a Lincolnshire food bank has risen by around 30% since April.
