Birmingham City's Jack Butland could play at Euro 2012.
Former West Brom coach Roy Hodgson included the goalkeeper in his stand-by squad for the summer football tournament.
The 19 year old is currently on loan at Cheltenham, where he has made 24 appearances this season.
Butland's surprise inclusion came as Stoke City's Peter Crouch and Aston Villa's Darren Bent both failed to make the squad.
