England cricketer Ian Bell lit up the scoreboard at the Edgbaston Stadium earlier this morning.
The ashes star raised £15,000 during his testimonial year for Acorns Children's Hospice.
David Strudley, Chief Executive, Acorns Children's Hospice, said: "This was a magnificent effort. It is wonderful to have Ian's support, as it costs £750 a day per child to provide Acorns' services.
The England selectors have named Warwickshire batsman Ian Bell in a 14-man squad for England’s three match NatWest one day international series against the West Indies, which starts on Saturday.
Bell replaces Kevin Pietersen who has retired from one day international cricket. He's the only player who wasn't involved in England’s 4-0 series win against Pakistan in February.
