A Shropshire based brewer which was saved from extinction two years ago is set to expand after a new financial package was agreed.
Joule's Brewery, in Market Drayton, has secured a seven-figure sum from the Co-operative Bank to increase its growing number of Tap House public houses.
The Tap House's now span across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and Wales.

While many pub chains have been hit hard by the downturn, Joule's bucks the trend and shows how we are giving people what they want: really good beer, good food and stripped back and uncomplicated interiors in lovely historical buildings.
The brewery is again making a pale ale which was first brewed by monks, and has gone on to create two further brands including one called Slumbering Monk.
