Justin Bieber announces extra Birmingham date

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber will be playing an extra gig in Birmingham after huge demands for the two dates he'd already announced.

Bieber will now be appearing at the Genting Arena on on 24th October 2016.

He's already announced two concerts at the Barclaycard Arena on the 17th and 18th October.

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has announced a return to Birmingham for the first time since 2013 as part of his UK tour next year.

The 21-year-old singer will be performing at the Barclaycard Arena on October 17th and 18th.

Tickets will go on general sale from 9am on the 17th December.

Fans were devastated when Bieber pulled out of the Fusion Festival in August this year. The singer promised he would 'make this up' to his fans at a future date.

British singer Ed Sheeran replaced the star's spot in the festival following the last minute cancellation.

The singer last performed in Birmingham two years ago, when he appeared at the NIA.

Teen superstar Justin Bieber was also an hour late for a concert in Nottingham on Saturday night, according to the Nottingham Evening Post.

"My daughter was just so distraught we had to go before he was even on stage," one mother told the paper. There was no apology or anything – I'm disgusted."

Another parent complained that she paid £330 for her daughter to meet the Canadian singer but the experience lasted "no more than 20 seconds."

Trading standards in Nottingham are targeting ticket touts and street sellers selling fakes ahead of the big Justin Bieber concert in Nottingham tonight.

More than 9000 people are expected to see him at the Capital FM Arena as part of his UK tour which arrived in the Midlands earlier this week.

Some might think that the singer has a loose connection to the Midlands, he grew up in Stratford. Stratford in Ontario, Canada.

Bieber posted videos of himself singing on Youtube in 2007. He got spotted and was offered a record deal and his career took off from there.
