Nottinghamshire pub introduces 'order drinks by mobile app' scheme

A Nottinghamshire pub has become the first in Britain to take orders for drinks through a mobile phone app, banishing the traditional crush at the bar forever.

The Keyworth Tavern, in Keyworth, has introduced the new system to save queues at the bar and allow customers to have more time to socialise.

'I want to inflict on him what he did to my daughter'

Jacqui Kirby – the mother of a girl who was raped and then strangled to death in 1983 – told ITV News Central in 2010, that she wants to inflict on him what he inflicted on her 16-year-old daughter.

Paul Stewart Hutchinson was jailed for the killing in 2010.

A commemorative plaque is being unveiled in Keyworth in Nottinghamshire today, to mark 30 years since the murder of Colette Aram.

The mother of the teenager who was raped and strangled before being dumped in a field 30 years ago told ITV News Central in 2010 how she felt when she saw her daughter's killer in court.

Jacqui Kirkby said she could not believe how Paul Hutchinson could sit there "as if he was waiting for a bus" while on trial for the murder of Colette Aram.
