The grandson of Febronia Krzanicka, the 93-year-old who has received an award from the President of Poland for services to the Nottingham Polish community says his grandmother is "completely selfless and makes a genuine contribution".

A 93-year-old grandmother from Nottingham, who has dedicated her life to helping others has received an award from the President of Poland.
Febronia Krzanicka has lived in Carlton for the past 60 years but is originally from Poland.
On Saturday she was awarded 'The Knights Cross' for services rendered to the Polish community in the UK, in particular Nottingham.
