Lucy Kite has your morning weather forecast for the Midlands.
The settled conditions will continue today.
This morning any mist patches will be quick to clear and we’ll see some sunny spells bursting through the cloud.
The wind is changing direction and dragging drier but cooler air in from the continent so it will feel a touch cooler than yesterday but with plenty of sunshine through the afternoon.
Tomorrow looks like it will remain settled and feel slightly milder, it’s on Friday we might see more unsettled conditions with the chance of we a few heavy showers, but no useful rain is forecast over the next days. The weekend is looking dry and mild with sunny spells.
It's a fairly cloudy start to the day with very limited brightness through this morning and we've got quite a few mist and fog patches lingering as well so poor visibility on the roads.
But it's an improving picture for this afternoon with some decent sunny spells and as a result temperatures rising to 14 degrees Celsius.
