A 25-year-old man is due to stand trial in Crete over the death of his girlfriend while they were on holiday.
Luke Walker from Brierley Hill is accused of killing Chelsea Hyndman in Malia in 2010.
Miss Hyndman died from abdominal injuries.
Mr Walker was allowed to return home on bail when the trial in Heraklion was halted last October.
He denies all the charges.

The pair lived and worked on the island.
Miss Hyndman died from abdominal injuries three years ago.
Mr Walker denies murder and says she died after a fall during a night out with friends in the resort of Malia.
After her death, Mr Walker was jailed on remand for five months and kept in Greece until October last year, when his trial was unexpectedly adjourned.
He was then allowed to return home to the Midlands.
The hearing is expected to last at least four days.

The couple were in Malia when it's claimed Chelsea Hyndman collapsed with pains in her stomach. She was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery but died from her injuries.
It was three days later when Luke was arrested.
Greek prosecutors claimed she was beaten by Luke, but he says she fell during a night out.
He spent five months in jail in Crete awaiting his trial, he was then granted bail but was not allowed to leave the island.
In October 2012 his trial was adjourned and he was allowed to return to the UK.
He denies murder. The trial starts on Tuesday.

Luke Walker the 24-year-old man on trial for the death of his girlfriend on the Greek island of Crete is now back in the UK on bail. This morning he appeared on Daybreak where he said "I have innocence on my side so I know I will be cleared".
He said the last two years had been hell for him and his family.
